As a Branch Manager at Coates Mt Isa you will lead a team of customer and service professionals to safely deliver outstanding service. We are looking for a people‑focused leader with a strong operational mindset who has experience running a branch, depot, store or site and managing performance, safety and service delivery.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience and an operational background in equipment hire, trades, logistics, construction, warehousing or retail. They also demonstrate solid commercial judgement to manage branch KPIs and possess good communication and basic tech skills to work with systems and data.
