Comply/ensure all party in transaction comply to Denied / Restricted party Screening requirements.
Handling of ADD/CVD, FDA, HS7, TSCA, EPA, CF28 and CF29 etc. and all related forms.
Facilitate/document duty-drawback, reconciliation, post entry audits, prior disclosures, and sanctions.
Create and maintain update import/export training manuals per new regulations.
Assist in identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, develop / implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues in coordination with local leadership, company desk procedures, and provide guidance on how to avoid similar situation in future.
Classify/review Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification and Schedule B among multiple company sites, requiring excellent problem-solving skills, methodical thinking, and teamwork with other company. departments and maintain company product database.
Create/advise and report local content reporting programs (USMCA, Mill Cert, Manufacturers Affidavit, etc.).
Manage POA's, SOP's and assist finance group with Customs Bond renewals.
Support Epiroc's entities and neighboring countries i.e. Canada and Mexico in US Customs guidance.
Validate and ensure that parts and design does not match the definitions in the local applicable dual use lists (such as the US Commerce Control List and the EU dual use).
Support Epiroc North America entities for Trade Compliance purposes

Strong supply chain background.
Bachelor's degree - preferred
Strong English communication skills both verbal and written.
IATA Hazmat knowledge.
Working knowledge of Microsoft products.
Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) - preferred
Preferred knowledge navigating and interpreting the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE), ACE, OFAC, AES, USMCA Customs regulations, and Foreign Trade Regulations.
Additional languages are preferred
Working knowledge of submitting import/export licenses (DSP-61, DSP-5, DSP-73, BIS 748).
Certified U.S. Export Compliance Officer (CUSECO) or Certified Export Specialist (CES) - preferred
US Customs Broker License required
CTPAT Certified
Ability to advise proper clearance procedures for repair and return items.
Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) - preferred
