The Account Manager is responsible for client satisfaction and to ensure both short‑ and long‑term profitability at assigned accounts within the Building Automation & Smart Buildings team by building relationships with key decision makers and becoming an essential resource to the client.
We require a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of account‑manager experience, and prior work with building‑technology systems. Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM, and the ability to multitask under pressure are essential.
Preferred but not required skills include technical sales, design‑build fundamentals, and experience in mechanical, electrical, or automation fields.
