In this role the specialist will maintain extensive daily contact with customers, manage orders from intake to invoicing for both domestic and international clients, open and keep customer accounts up to date, and resolve obstacles such as availability, specifications, pricing, invoicing, payment, and transportation issues.
The candidate must maintain deep knowledge of product specifications, handle complaints with effective feedback and solutions, communicate the brand consistently, track customer feedback, prepare weekly sales projections, and provide insight during forecasting and budgeting while participating constructively in internal team discussions.

Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (or equivalent experience), 2‑5 years of relevant customer‑service or account‑management experience—ideally in pharmaceutical, packaging, or manufacturing sectors—with cGMP experience considered a plus, and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle), Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and preferably CRM tools such as Salesforce.
