Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in switchgear installation, testing, and maintenance, preferably in industrial, utility, and/ or data center environments.
Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and providing technical support.
Experience with daily reporting and documentation of work performed.
Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Strong electrical aptitude, understanding of power systems and problem-solving skills.
Thorough understanding of LDL, L2, L3 inspections and testing procedures.
Bend, stoop, crawl and work in awkward positions or confined spaces for several hours.
Familiarity with bus installations, meter configurations, and control wiring.
Proficiency in secondary injection testing of breakers and PT/CT wiring installations.
Lift, carry and/or move up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
Communicate verbally and in writing.
Knowledge of industry-specific electrical code, regulations, and related safety standards/ protocols (OSHA, NFPA 70E).
Hands-on experience with testing and maintenance tools (multimeters, megohmmeters, etc).
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Expertise in switchgear maintenance, troubleshooting, and breaker installation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
