Evaluate Company standards and provide feedback and suggestions to improve internal tools, processes, and principles.
Conduct field site visits to obtain necessary data.
Perform detailed site design work on a variety of projects and prepare reports, studies, and project documents (as required).
Independently evaluate, select, and adapt standard techniques, procedures, and criteria based on sound engineering principles.
Use judgment to determine adaptations in methods for non-routine aspects of assignments.
Motivate team members through mentoring, coaching, and training.
Provide advanced technical expertise and support for specialty items and advanced designs.
Assist team members by providing technical direction.

Minimum of 12 years of experience is required.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, BlueBeam Revu, HydroCAD and other applicable design software.

Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required.
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
