Reporting to the HR Director, this onsite role focuses on payroll processing for several thousand employees, researching and resolving complex escalations across multiple systems, and analyzing time and quota data to address discrepancies. The position also involves reviewing time functionality and ensuring accurate, timely execution of time processing for various employee groups.
Key accountabilities include daily and weekly review of time data in UKG (Kronos Pro), training supervisors and users, conducting final payroll data reviews each pay period, and creating special reports along with root‑cause analyses to solve issues.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred) and at least four years of experience in time administration or related HR duties. Technical proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office, Workday, and Kronos is required, as is the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays. Candidates must already have US work authorization.
