We are looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Booking Quality Analyst to ensure the accuracy and quality of our booking processes. The role combines analytical expertise with a deep understanding of the booking lifecycle, and requires close collaboration with operations, sales, IT, and other cross‑functional teams.
- Conduct comprehensive quality analysis of booking transactions to ensure compliance with policies and industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality‑assurance processes and metrics that monitor booking accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify, document, and track errors or discrepancies in booking data, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Perform root‑cause analysis of booking‑related disputes and assist operations in resolution.
- Validate incident trackers, pinpoint gaps, and share findings with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with OTC delivery, sales, operations, and IT teams to resolve booking issues and enhance system functionality.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on quality performance metrics, trends, and improvement areas to senior management.
- Lead training sessions and workshops on quality standards, best practices, and process enhancements.
- Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and recommend procedural adjustments.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of booking systems and tools to improve quality and user experience.
- Mentor junior analysts, offering guidance and support for their professional growth.
- Act as an individual contributor, taking end‑to‑end ownership of assigned responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in quality assurance or operations within a shared‑service environment, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential, while knowledge of booking systems is a plus.
