- Support condition assessments and rehabilitation planning for existing pump station infrastructure.
- Support planning level, preliminary, and detailed designs of water/wastewater and stormwater pump facilities under instruction from the Project Engineer or person in responsible charge.
- Perform field investigations, site visits, and construction observation to ensure compliance with design documents
- Prepare plans for water and wastewater systems, write specifications, analysis and studylevel reports for water and wastewater treatment distribution and collection systems, determine appropriate design methods, equipment sizing and selection, and work directly with the owner.
- Perform as part of a quality assurance team and conduct quality control reviews of completed deliverables.

- Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate or ability to obtain.
- Water/wastewater/water resources project experience, focus on water/wastewater treatment, pump stations and pipelines, or water resources/stormwater preferred.
- Local candidates are preferred.
- Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related field)
- Candidates without their EIT will be placed into a Design Coordinator job code and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression
