- Design and implement AI Enabled business processes, leveraging large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies/tools.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify AI opportunities and define project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into platforms/software products.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and model transparency.
- Champion AI best practices and mentor junior team members.
- Develop pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and annotation.
- Monitor and improve chatbot performance using feedback loops and analytics.
- Build and train custom chatbot models using large language models (LLMs) and related frameworks.

- Experience with LLMs, chatbot frameworks, and prompt engineering.
- Fine-tune pre-trained LLM’s on proprietary datasets.
- Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens
- Proficiency in AI large language platforms – ChatGPT, CoPilot, etc….
- We will consider qualified applicants who have criminal histories in a manner consistent with the law.
- Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), preferred.
- Strong understanding of model evaluation, training techniques, testing and deployment.
- Strong communication skills (internal and external).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, or AI development.
- Experience building proprietary AI systems or chatbots.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Keboola/Snowflake) preferred.
- Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
- Proven ability to successfully deliver a quality product on time
- Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
