- Suggest tools and equipment to improve operation
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion
- Take readings of blast profiles and readings of wet/dry mil thicknesses
- Apply paint/coating using best tool for each individual job
- Perform maintenance on equipment to keep in a satisfactory working condition
- Handle and dispose of all hazardous waste according to safety guidelines
- Follow mixing instructions as provided by the paint OEM

- English is required
- Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
- Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to operate equipment, i.e. forklift, scissor lift, etc.
- Previous experience is a plus
- Demonstrate ability to work independently while also able to work in a team setting
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools and all power tools
- US work authorization is required
- High school or equivalent is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Prep material/job for painting
- Willing to work M-F with weekends and overtime as needed
