- Processes and QA/QC information received from field and outside sources under the direction of a Geomatics Project Manager.
- Implement 3D workflows and solutions under the direction of a Geomatics Project Manager.
- Ensures that project tasks have been completed, processed, reviewed, and delivered per project requirements and parameters.
- Responsible for producing existing conditions digital documentation of projects collected using Reality Capture (Remote Sensing) solutions under the direction of a Geomatics Project Manager.
- Performs all job functions in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and VHB policies and procedures.
- Participates in professional and personal development aligned with career goals.
- Adheres to VHB’s data integrity policies, administrative procedures, quality control, and safety/hazard guidelines.

- High school diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with industry standard software associated with survey engineering and reality capture.
- Familiarity within a 3D processing software environment such as Leica Cyclone and/or Trimble Business Center preferred.
- Knowledge of industry standard geomatics software with the ability to adapt to new equipment and emerging technologies.
- 1+ years of Reality Capture 3D documentation experience, whether through a combination of coursework or professional experience with increasing responsibilities required.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of geomatic mathematics, basic field procedures and data collection principles.
- Team-oriented with ability to work independently.
- The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Knowledge and experience to understand technical, reality capture, and mapping calculations.
- Familiarity with Autodesk C3D and/or Bentley OpenRoads preferred.
- Familiarity with reading and understanding engineering, architectural and structural drawings.
- Associates degree in Land Surveying or other related Land Development Science preferred.
- Have or would like to seek an FAA, Part 107, Commercial UAS operator license.
