- Foster a culture of accountability, consistency, and respect.
- Lead cost reduction and standardization initiatives.
- Monitor and adjust staffing levels based on forecasts and production needs.
- Ensure consistent application of quality and environmental standards across shifts.
- Resolve personnel issues respectfully and effectively, including disciplinary actions.
- Optimize production floor layout and equipment usage.
- Support inventory accuracy and demand planning.
- Direct daily production activities to meet schedules and customer requirements.
- Analyze data and trends to drive operational improvements.
- Ensure ISO standards and procedures are followed.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Investigate new processes and technologies for startup and efficiency.
- Motivate and develop supervisors and group leaders to meet production goals.
- Collaborate with HR, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance.
- Apply Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Issue written and oral instructions to supervisors and team leaders.
- Build and lead high-performance teams that monitor and improve their own performance.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Plan and coordinate manufacturing processes, priorities, and sequences.
- Maintain production performance data and generate meaningful reports.
- Promote a safe working environment and enforce PPE and LOTO procedures.

- Understanding of ISO systems and manufacturing processes.
