Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Power BI and Teams, ability to analyze a variety of data sets and expertise in operating IWMS database applications
Not required but positive consideration will be given to candidates with Change Management experience including developing and implementing workplace strategies.
A team-oriented mind-set and be as comfortable working alone as working with a broader team.
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in architecture, interior design, workplace strategy, portfolio strategy or related field.
Good Analytical Skills and strong presentation skills
Experience in AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM, or other drafting technologies.
Ability to effectively partner and deliver results in a matrix environment, experiencing working on an outsourced client account is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, interior design, corporate real estate, Workplace Strategy) required.
