The Role

Overview

Creates client workplace strategies, leads projects, analyzes data, and presents recommendations.

Tasks

-Lead discreet parts of workplace strategy development projects -Develop and deliver final reports and work products to clients -Lead focus groups and interviews with clients -Conduct primary and secondary research -Gather and analyze data, draw conclusions, and summarize findings and recommendations into easy-to-understand presentations to clients. -Present deliverables to clients in meetings and workshops.

What You Bring

-Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. -Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. -Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Power BI and Teams, ability to analyze a variety of data sets and expertise in operating IWMS database applications -Not required but positive consideration will be given to candidates with Change Management experience including developing and implementing workplace strategies. -A team-oriented mind-set and be as comfortable working alone as working with a broader team. -Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in architecture, interior design, workplace strategy, portfolio strategy or related field. -Good Analytical Skills and strong presentation skills -Experience in AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM, or other drafting technologies. -Ability to effectively partner and deliver results in a matrix environment, experiencing working on an outsourced client account is a plus. -Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, interior design, corporate real estate, Workplace Strategy) required. -Direct people leadership skills
