Have at least 1 year of Construction Experience
You want to learn the telecom construction trade to advance your career o Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, etc.
You have a valid Drive's License with a clean driving record past 3 years (CDL preferred).
You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
Enjoy working outdoors regardless of weather
You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
