  • Provide point of contact for construction team members on VDC processes and reports during all phases of construction
  • Working with survey data; communicating with project field teams through Trimble Business Center software to deliver designs to survey equipment
  • Plan, implement, and coordinate VDC processes through appropriate technology platforms
  • All integrated construction team members are expected to be active participants in Mortenson’s Integrated Delivery Advancement Team community of practice – Knowledge sharing
  • Document work process as it relates to enhancing and/or changing current company process standards

  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and/or ArcGIS software 4+ years related experience Survey data knowledge and/or experience is preferred GIS data management is a plus Completion of intermediate level of BIM/VDC software training

  • Current driver’s license

  • 4+ years related experience
  • Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
  • Completion of intermediate level of BIM/VDC software training
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field
  • Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D to design optimized road and site grading models, alignments, profiles, corridors, grading groups, etc.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Completion of beginner or intermediate level of BIM/VDC software training Beginner level software training Previous related internship experience a plus
  • Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices
  • Completion of beginner or intermediate level of BIM/VDC software training
  • Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies
  • Microsoft Office, project and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level
  • Proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and/or ArcGIS software
  • Strong communication, teamwork orientation, initiative, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • GIS data management is a plus
