Showroom Coordinator

Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Coordinator based in Boston, MA. The Showroom Coordinator will oversee daily operations of the showroom, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for customers. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, providing product knowledge, and ensuring the showroom is well-organized and visually appealing. The role also involves collaborating with sales representatives, managing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service to meet business objectives.

Requirements

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Experience with Showrooms, including maintaining displays, promoting products, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage showroom operations efficiently.
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools or systems to process orders and manage inventory effectively is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of plumbing-related products is an advantage but not required.
• Sales and Wholesale expertise, with the ability to support and collaborate with sales teams to achieve targets.
