The Technical Executive role focuses on creating a safe and comfortable work environment while planning and executing total preventive and predictive maintenance of electro‑mechanical equipment. Responsibilities include establishing standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with utility system designs, and responding to operational or emergency situations.
You will be mobile, performing daily facility walk‑throughs to maintain high standards, quickly identifying and addressing issues, and providing input to improve overall performance. The role also involves regular vendor interactions to review services and coordinate resolutions of service problems.
Candidates should hold a BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical engineering with at least three years of building facilities management experience, or a Diploma with four years in the field, preferably within the IT/ITes sector. Strong team leadership, collaboration skills, and a drive to implement positive changes are essential.
