Corporate Communications Lead

Description

• Supporting investor relations activity, including financial results announcements and annual reporting.
• Leading public communication strategy, with a strong focus on media engagement, profile-building and proactive PR.
• Delivering internal communications for the NZ business and advising executives on messaging and engagement.
• Acting as the key contact for media, preparing releases, briefing spokespeople and managing reactive responses.
• Providing communication leadership for strategic projects and customer communications.
• Partnering with Marketing on paid content and PR opportunities.

Requirements

• The ability to work autonomously, move at pace and handle ambiguity.
• Strong, proactive media relations experience — this is essential and non-negotiable.
• Experience in a heavily regulated environment
• Strong judgement and the confidence to advise senior leaders.
