Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand our civil practice. This role offers significant growth potential for a leader who is motivated to build client relationships and contribute to the firm's long-term success.
Lead and inspire while working within a collaborative team environment. You’ll work closely with a great team, helping mentor our EITs and designers. We’re looking for someone who enjoys sharing what they know and helping others.
Own the project lifecycle for project budgets, schedules, and keeping the work profitable and on track.
Lead the QC process. Leverage your deep understanding of U.S. and local design codes to ensure seamless permitting and constructability.

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Arkansas
Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Experience: 7+ years or relevant experience with a specific focus in site development and land development

Experience or knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus
