Work collaboratively with leaders across our ANZ team for design delivery of Defence projects, as well as assisting with project resourcing and business initiatives.
Champion design innovation, sustainability, digital engineering, and design excellence.
You will be responsible for overall design delivery including having the ultimate carriage on any design project decisions.
Acting as a trusted advisor and delivery partner to commonwealth representatives, industry stakeholders and internal technical teams – building credibility through your leadership, reliability and deep domain knowledge.

Tertiary Engineering Qualifications.
Due to the nature of this role, Australian Citizenship is essential. A current Baseline Defence clearance is required.
Proven experience in design management, overseeing the planning, design, and execution of projects.
Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to understand how various systems, processes, and stakeholders interconnect, ensuring seamless integration and a bigger-picture approach.
