  • Support budget build-up, track costs and identify value-engineering opportunities.
  • Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors for quotations and technical clarifications.
  • Prepare scope letters, clarifications, exclusions and bid submissions.
  • Use estimating software/databases to maintain rates and bid libraries.
  • Perform precise quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs.
  • Review drawings, specs and tender packs to define scope and risks.
  • Build detailed estimates for labour, materials, equipment and subcontract packages.

Senior Electrical Estimator (Power Generation & Energy Storage)

  • Knowledge of generators/UPS/BESS or adjacent power/distribution projects (desirable).
  • Commercial acumen (assumptions, risks, exclusions, VE) and clear communication.
  • Strong Excel and take-off/estimating tool skills; able to interpret electrical schematics.
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines; values of integrity, dependability, safety, pride & quality.
  • 5+ years in electrical estimating (power systems, switchgear, data centre, industrial or M&E).
