All hires are employed by the locally owned SERVPRO franchise and must complete a background check and I‑9 verification. The company operates under franchise ownership, meaning each employee is under the supervision of the independent franchise rather than SERVPRO corporate.
- Gain experience in restoration, construction, and emergency response
- Clear communication with supervisors, teammates, and clients
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Willingness to work rotating on‑call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous handyman or construction experience (preferred)
- IICRC certification (a plus)
- Ability to lift 50 lb regularly (up to 100 lb with assistance)
- Comfortable working at heights, crawl spaces, and attics
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
- Comfortable working with/around cleaning agents
