Role

Description

Maintain good collaboration with Subsea Projects Team to improve information flow and cohesiveness.
Setup, Analyze and Report on Execution Project Schedules for APAC deliverables.
Coordinate schedule creation & integration of various regional schedules for APAC awarded projects.
Provide guidance, supervision and feedback to other planners and stakeholders.
Work closely with PMMs / Delivery Managers to ensure on-time delivery of their products and making each project/delivery successful.
Develop, Implement, Troubleshoot & Optimize workflow, processes & procedures revolving around planning tools to improve data quality and efficiency.
Responsible for system-related housekeeping and enhancement/upgrade testing for planning tools.
Contribute to, Implement and adhere to any policies or procedures defined and released by Global Scheduling Governance Team.
Produce, Develop and Refine Planning Reports to engage and assist local Delivery Teams in strategic analysis and decisions.
Work with various stakeholders (Engineering, Procurement, Delivery Teams, Project Teams, Tendering) to setup and prepare REMS Quotation & Backlog Execution Primavera Schedules in a good and timely manner.
Educate, Guide, Supervise and Grow other planners, as well as stakeholders.
Setup & Analyze Tender Primavera Schedules for APAC deliverables.
