European HSE Leader – Renewables or Grid Experience

Digitally confident and system-literate
Experience in cultural change, coaching, and contractor engagement
Demonstrable Electrical Power Experience - Renewables or Grid
Be dynamic, fast-paced working style with the ability to operate effectively in a growing, evolving organisation
Comfortable in a home-based role with purposeful travel
Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and integrated systems
At least 10+ years’ HSE leadership, ideally across multiple sites
