The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Care Act, housing-related support and the wider care sector, alongside experience in supported or sheltered housing services. You’ll bring excellent knowledge of housing legislation, property management and compliance, as well as proven ability to manage repairs and tenancy issues effectively. Strong communication, IT proficiency and report-writing skills are essential, along with the ability to work proactively and flexibly under your own initiative.
