  • Be the go-to person for your key accounts, ensuring they're always satisfied and coming back for more.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms that benefit both our clients and the company.
  • Stay ahead of the game by keeping an eye on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to drive sales during low season in both Saudi Arabia and Dubai markets. This includes identifying opportunities, offering promotions, and tailoring campaigns to suit market conditions during off-peak periods.
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, events, and more to create a seamless experience for clients and find new ways to drive sales.

We’re looking for a Corporate Sales Specialist who knows how to drive revenue, build strong relationships, and keep our business ahead of the competition. This is a fast-paced role that’s all about connecting with corporate clients, crafting strategies that work, and making sure our clients get exactly what they need. If you’re an experienced sales pro with a passion for the hospitality industry, we want you to be part of our team and help us grow even faster.

  • Proven track record in corporate sales within the hospitality sector.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in English, and bonus points if you speak Arabic.\
  • 5+ years of successful experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you can build relationships with anyone.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
