Fire Alarm Response, EWS Mimic Panel Operation (Warden) and provide accurate reports
Assist with Emergency Situations as they arise
Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and associated equipment
Provide assistance with the induction and signing in of contractors and other site visitors
Manage various communications to the control room, dealing with Client, Tenant and Customer enquiries and/or issues
Coordinate emergency incidents i.e. fire, bomb threat or any other critical incident
Disperse Guards to potential situations caught on CCTV and monitor situations until the closure of the incident
Maintain daily reporting requirements within agreed timelines
Provide exceptional customer service to internal/external stakeholders
Maintain all Security aspects around the Control Room including key registers, contact lists and leave registers

Previous Control Room and monitoring experience (preferred)
Must have full working rights in Australia.

VIC Security Licence including control room function
Ability to work as a part of the Security Team and individually
First Aid Qualification and valid CPR (essential)
Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong multitasking ability
