Attend job meetings
Review construction documents and compete take offs and assist in obtaining pricing for materials and subcontractors, including DBE subcontractors
Assist in completing all project plans.
Assist in generating/maintaining project schedules, both cash flow and work load
Assist in preparing QA/QC plans
Assist in preparing CPM schedules using estimated productions
Attend the project turnover meeting (estimating to operations)
Assist in setting up/managing submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and subcontractor agreements
Ensure the work, including the work of the subcontractors, is being done in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies
Assist in maintaining all project related reports
Enforce the company safety program
Assist in preparing project closing documents
Attend pre-bid meetings

Strong analytical skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. A combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Ability to read and understand of contracts
Previous experience with Procore, Build2Win, and/or P6 a plus
Ability to communicate well with others, both written and orally
1 to 2 years experience in the Construction industry, preferably with road & highway projects
Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future
