Standardize and refine processes to increase productivity, accuracy, and efficiency across all sales admin functions
Provide backup support to Sales Coordinators during peak activity or absences
Maintain core operational systems as SME for Newstar and Salesforce; drive data accuracy, adoption, and reporting
Liaise with developers, condo boards, IT, and Digital Transformation teams regarding pricing, inventory, documentation, and system updates
Oversee onboarding, documentation, templates, training materials, and customer-facing forms used throughout the sale-to-possession journey
Maintain and release inventory in Newstar, including lot premiums, product setup, spec creation, and system accuracy
Support competitive intelligence, analyze market pricing/specification data, and deliver insights that influence product, strategy, and sales execution
Lead the Sales Administration team, including onboarding, training, hiring, coaching, and performance management
Act as the primary contact for Sales teams on purchaser inquiries, inspections, dates, adjustments, and related matters
Audit website content, sales centres, and promotional materials to ensure alignment with product and pricing
Review or approve late change orders, custom requests, invoices under threshold, and agreement variations
Build strong cross-functional relationships with Communities, Homes, Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and other groups
Generate and analyze monthly reports including cancellations, referral rates, awards tracking, and provincial reporting submissions
Partner closely with Sales Leadership to establish best-practice sales procedures and support consistent execution
Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales documentation, agreements, pricing, and purchase workflows
