  • Metrics and Reporting: Develop, implement, and report on DfSS deployment and effectiveness metrics through dashboards. Execute initiatives to improve DfSS deployment by leveraging the Black Belt community. "
  • Program Support: Being a technical expert, offer critical support for key projects, including solving elusive problems and complex DfSS applications based on leadership demand. Resolve key issues and provide problem-solving expertise in urgent situations across globe.
  • Training: Develop and continuously improve training materials and approaches to drive consistency in DfSS certifications globally. He/She will be responsible to leverage AI in impovising DfSS process, tools & method. Provide certification training to Black Belts in different regions with standard training material
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with DfSS council members represented by various businesses to improve DfSS practices and processes for training & certifications
  • Knowledge Management: Own and lead the DfSS body of knowledge, including case studies of successful & novel DfSS applications on Eaton projects and links to external resources. Conduct knowledge sharing sessions across enterprise to share best practices & periodically update training material based on best case studies
  • Work & interact with global cross-functional and cross-cultural team.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide DfSS expertise and guidance to engineering leadership across Eaton businesses and to the engineering communities. Drive DfSS community collaboration and knowledge sharing sessions.
