The Accounting Administrator will maintain resident ledgers, track rent payments, reconcile petty cash, monitor delinquent accounts, and assist with collections and legal coordination. The position also provides customer service for billing inquiries, supports the Community Manager and Leasing Team, and utilizes MRI software for data entry and reporting.

- Provide resident customer service for account and billing concerns
- Support Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager with operational and financial tasks
- Aid Leasing Team with application processing, marketing, and community tours
- Enter data and generate reports using MRI software
- Organize and keep community records and files up to date
- Perform additional administrative duties to support the team
