The role provides administrative support for quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and reporting on performance metrics. It also involves investigating quality issues, documenting root causes, facilitating corrective actions, and tracking resolutions. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams such as production and procurement is required to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include managing MDM amendment requests for NPI stages, creating and maintaining bills of materials, master recipes, inspection plans, and material characteristics in SAP, as well as overseeing raw‑material usage decisions, supplier COA management, and SAP Quality module error handling. Additional duties cover change management for new and existing materials, accurate data entry for material set‑up, processing product changes at the NPI stage, supporting new product introductions and lifecycle updates, working with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to resolve discrepancies, and tracking NPI KPI’s.
