Experience: Over 20 years of extensive experience in the construction and building technologies industries managing Project Portfolio P&L , with a minimum of 10 years in leadership roles focusing on HVAC/IR, Security, BMS, or Fire Safety operations.
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or an equivalent certification is highly preferred
Skills: Advanced proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera, coupled with strong capabilities in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, enabling effective project tracking and reporting.
