The crew leader oversees activities such as sod installation, planting, pruning, irrigation, hardscape work, and light construction, using hand tools, power equipment, and occasional construction duties. The position reports directly to the Enhancement Manager.

Train, mentor, and supervise crew members with a focus on safety and skill development.
Coordinate daily job schedules and ensure all necessary materials are prepared and loaded.
Direct installation of lawns, flower beds, landscape lighting, water features, masonry, pavers, and retaining walls.
Perform site clean‑up, seasonal service maintenance, and minor equipment repairs.
Read and interpret blueprints to guide installation and planting plans.
Conduct site inspections and provide hands‑on leadership for soil, planting, irrigation, and pest control.
Execute standard landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, mulching, pruning, and clean‑up.
Maintain excellent customer service and uphold client standards.
