Strong understanding of construction methodologies, programming, and quality assurance.
Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Previous on-site construction delivery experience, looking after major trade packages.
Degree qualification in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc).
Ideally 2-5 years' experience in the construction industry, preferably on large-scale building construction projects. (I.e. Commercial, residential, defence and healthcare).
