As a key part of the Central Distribution Center (CDC) leadership team, create and implement winning service strategies for the site in support of company goals and initiatives.

5S and Six Sigma experience preferred.
Ability to learn to operate standard warehouse equipment is a must (forklifts, PIT, Handjacks, etc)
Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, work on uneven surfaces, and lift up to 50lbs.

Demonstrated ability to implement projects or processes with urgency and drive business results.
A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience, preferably in a distribution/fulfillment environment or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Knowledge of warehouse inventory management processes, including inventory auditing, product slotting, and inventory optimization.
