The position is field‑based, working on job sites and assisting customers directly in Tumwater, WA. Full‑time or part‑time 8‑hour shifts are available, and work is performed in‑person.
- Remove debris such as dust, drywall material, and construction waste
- Perform demolition in areas designated by the Project Manager
- Prepare work areas, stage equipment, and set up containment as needed
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient job progress
- Follow project scopes and perform assigned mitigation tasks
- Complete end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup, leaving the jobsite clean and orderly
- Document job progress, photos, and updates in Dash job management software

This role requires professionalism, prompt response, attention to detail, and strong communication as you assist customers during stressful property damage situations.
- Lift 50+ lbs
- Wear required PPE on all job sites
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license
- Demolition experience
- Light construction or repair experience
- IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, AMRT, etc.) preferred
