Head of EDI Client Team– Education Infrastructure

The Head of EDI Client Team – Education Infrastructure will be responsible for leading the successful execution of Education client-facing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. This role oversees a team of project managers and delivery specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, and internal senior leadership.

Ensure delivery aligns with budget, programme, and investor expectations, implementing best-in-class governance, reporting, and project controls.

This role will be to lead the end-to-end delivery of development projects from site due diligence, design management, and planning, through to procurement, construction, and handover.

• Strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, resource management, risk mitigation, and performance tracking.
• The role acts as the primary point of contact for our educational client during project delivery, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• The Head of EDI Client Team - Education Infrastructure also contributes to business development efforts by supporting proposals, scoping new projects, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

• Adaptable, proactive, and results driven.
• MRICS or MCIOB equivalent - Or at least evidence of working towards.
• 10+ years of experience in project and program management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Must hold a Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Additional certifications in client relationship management or change management are a plus.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and financial oversight
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile
• Experience of managing cross-functional teams and working in matrixed environment.
• Strong background in client engagement, contract management, and service delivery
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder client projects on time and within budget.
