Perform modeling, coordination, and detailing at the direction of the Project Lead.
Create Revit families in response to project needs.
Obtain, organize, and distribute base models, point cloud scans, and relevant files.
Manage and distribute coordinated digital documents to the project team.
Produce accurate and quality models, drawings, and details within the allotted project schedule.
Create fabrication and installation spool drawings for the shop and field.
Perform tracing of point cloud scans to provide clashable models.

Proficient with Revit, Navisworks, and/or other comparable 3-D modeling or CAD software preferred.
Proficient with Bluebeam Revu
1-3 years of experience modeling or detailing work recommended.
Proficient in reading and understanding construction design drawings.
Proficient with Office 365 suite of products.
High School diploma or GED required. Associate’s in drafting, design, or related field recommended.
Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English
