- Develop CAD 3D design models of steel structures and concrete foundations and produce 2D drawing deliverables.
- Support senior designers by delivering structural drawings on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical designers to resolve model clashes and optimize designs.
- Travel to client sites as needed to verify on‑site physical conditions.
- Work on projects in power generation, mining, oil & gas, and renewable sectors, including carbon capture, solar, wind, battery storage, hydrogen, and natural gas.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring three days per week on-site and two days remote. The role focuses on creating CAD 3D design models for steel structures and concrete foundations and delivering corresponding 2D drawings. It combines creativity with technical precision to meet client expectations.
- Hold an Associate Degree in CAD Technology (preferred) or a CAD certificate; relevant experience considered.
- Proficiency in major CAD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation; familiarity with Bentley OpenBuildings Designer and Autodesk Navisworks is a plus.
- Knowledge of ACI (concrete design), AISC (steel design), and OSHA safety standards.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong time‑management skills.
