Prepare Material Orders and Pick List and confirm quotes from supplier and inventory
Complete risk analysis and recommend margin strategy on complex projects
Facilitate contract/subcontract review to ensure timely execution and risk identification
Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors
Review and approve invoices, monitor job costs and update project forecasts
Generate custom job cost reports for reviews, tracking, and auditing
Participate in lead generation, monitor opportunities, business development, and write proposals
Coordinate with appropriate team members to develop and submit all project planning
Ensure Permits, Certificates of Insurance, and Bonds are issued timely after award
Compile project reports, manufacturer documents, and submittals
Attend site walks, pre-bid meetings, roof inspections, project meetings, and others as applicable
Manage multiple projects simultaneously as needed
Prepare Schedule of Values and oversee billings to comply with project goals
Generate change orders and submit RFIs within 48 hours of notice
Oversee submittal of all required documents, submittals, and plans by required deadlines
Always represent the company in a positive manner
Lead Pre-Construction, Progress, and After-Action meetings with clear agenda and action items
Demonstrate respect to clients, supervisors, and team members, communicating concerns in a professional manner and always adhere to standards of conduct and company policies
Identify, subcontract, and manager other contractors and architects as applicable to work scope
Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program
Return communication with Clients and Stakeholders within 1 business day
Attend Federal networking events and assist with strategic initiatives
Maintain required logs and documentation for tracking and financial reporting and forecasting
Track specific daily project information and report any deficiencies on a weekly basis
Collaborate with Superintendent and Operations to monitor schedule and execute project
Verify and submit all Project Closeout documents, ensure the warranty is paid promptly

Minimum 10 years of construction project management and trade industry experience
OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
Ability to read/interpret architectural plans, specifications, solicitations, and contracts
Proficiency with computer systems such as Google Workspace, Primavera, Edge, Microsoft
Aptitude for continuous improvement in Federal construction industry and project management
Some outdoor environments in all types of weather (approximately 10% fieldwork)
Office, Buildertrend, RMS, and various Project Management Software platforms.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
Ability to lead by example and be involved in the onsite project activities when necessary
Exhibit knowledge of general construction as a whole; as well as industry codes and standards
Occasional travel required for site visits, in-person trainings, and networking
Become proficient with Edge estimating software for Federal projects within 9 months
Time Management -great time management; able to prioritize and meet deadlines
Advanced knowledge of Federal construction project compliance and contract requirements
Possess and maintain valid Driver’s License
Construction Management or Project Management degree is preferred
Ability to perform elevated work (work on rooftops, heights)
Frequent bending, kneeling, walking
Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiations and stakeholder expectation management
Excellent understanding of job safety requirements and adherence to all work safety protocols
documents (Site Staging, Safety, Quality, Waste, Small Business Subcontracting, etc.)
Frequently lift and carry 50lbs or greater
Ability to obtain a secret level security clearance
Flexible - enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction and seasonal changes
Experienced in project controls, proposal writing, and creative problem solving
