Requirements

Wipfli’s award‑winning marketing team seeks a Specialist‑Proof Reader with 4+ years of experience to ensure marketing content such as e‑books, research reports, ads, and campaign assets is error‑free and compelling. The role supports a diverse portfolio of over 15 industries, offering continuous learning opportunities.

• Minimum two years of professional proofreading experience.
• Strong knowledge of AP Stylebook standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
• Native‑level fluency in American English.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications or related field.
• Preferred: B2B marketing experience.
• Preferred: Familiarity with project‑management and content/file‑management systems.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and dependability.
• Adapt to changing language standards and trends.
• Communicate effectively and work well in team environments.
