Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology along with structured problem‑solving tools such as A3, DMAIC, 8D, and RCCA to eliminate waste and strengthen process capability. Lead and coach operational improvement events—including Kaizen, Gemba, rapid improvement events, Value Stream Mapping, standard work deployment, material flow optimization, and 5S+—with multi‑functional teams from concept through implementation.
Support OpEx strategy deployment aligned to High‑5 metrics and contribute to annual profit‑planning activities, capacity‑walk inputs, and waste‑out project pipelines. Identify and execute continuous‑improvement projects that deliver measurable cost savings, share best practices, and generate productivity and efficiency gains across value streams or transactional processes.
Train, coach, and influence cross‑functional teams in Lean tools and continuous‑improvement behaviors. Initiate, develop, and lead capital‑improvement projects encompassing manufacturing equipment, facility enhancements, and new product start‑ups.
Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering. Candidates must have two to three years of combined experience in manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, or operations management, ideally within a high‑mix/low‑volume, ETO/CTO environment. A Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, proficiency with SAP, MRP systems, and data‑visualization software, and strong strategic thinking and communication skills are essential.
