  • Lead with Impact: As Senior Surveyor, you will manage a team ofsurveyors, driving performance, mentoring, and sharing your expertise to deliver exceptional service.
  • Make a Difference: Work with a housing association thats committed to improving customer satisfaction, ensuring that vulnerable tenants have their repair needs managed professionally and efficiently.
  • Supporting your teams development through mentoring and performance reviews, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
  • Leading and managing a team ofsurveyors, overseeing the assessment and delivery of repairs.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance throughout the repair process, from initial reports to final resolution.

  • Experience usingCRM, Housing Management and Contractor (desirable).
  • Ideally RICS Chartered Surveyor(or equivalent) withextensive experienceinresponsive repairsandbuilding pathology.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience youll be leading a team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with both customers, inhouse delivery team and contractors.
  • A comprehensive understanding ofdamp & mouldissues,disrepair claims, andbuilding defects.
