The organization is undertaking a multi‑year ERP transformation covering six value streams (order‑to‑cash, source‑to‑pay, inventory‑to‑deliver, forecast‑to‑plan, plan‑to‑produce, record‑to‑report) and seeks an ERP Manager to lead Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations between SAP S/4HANA and IBM Sterling.
The position demands strategy development, team leadership, integration oversight, operational excellence, compliance with ANSI X12/EDIFACT standards, and collaboration with vendors, business units, and end‑user training.
- Define and execute EDI roadmap aligned with ERP strategy
- Lead a team of EDI analysts and coordinate with SAP functional and technical groups
- Oversee SAP‑IBM Sterling EDI interfaces (850, 855, 856, 810) and ensure accurate IDOC mapping via CPI/BTP
- Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize real‑time and batch EDI transactions
- Maintain compliance with ANSI X12, EDIFACT standards and corporate security policies
- Manage vendor relationships, upgrades, patches and onboarding of new trading partners
- Deliver end‑user training and develop instructional materials for super users
- Gather requirements, configure, test and support deployment plans and hypercare for site go‑live

Reporting to the Global ERP Director, the remote role requires 50 % travel to Andover, MA and production sites and combines functional and technical expertise to design, implement, and maintain EDI processes that support global trading‑partner transactions.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have 7+ years of EDI management experience, including at least three years with SAP and IBM Sterling, strong knowledge of EDI standards, SAP S/4, SAP EWM, and IBM Sterling, plus project‑management and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include experience in global process transformation, ERP implementations, and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science
- 7+ years EDI management experience, 3+ years with SAP and IBM Sterling
- Hands‑on SAP S/4, SAP EWM and IBM Sterling expertise
- Deep knowledge of ANSI X12/EDIFACT message types (850, 855, 856, 810)
- Strong project‑management, multitasking and independent problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading global process transformation and ERP implementations
- Ability to influence project teams and key stakeholders across functions
