Clearly communicate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding scheduling, equipment/manpower/material needs, and solutions to any obstacles that may be in the way of the project
Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in managing civil construction projects from inception to completion
Work closely with the management team to complete submittal packages, RFIs, work plans, job costing, close and long range scheduling, takeoffs, estimating, extra work orders, and change orders

Ability to accurately read, analyze, and comprehend complex plans, specifications, instructions, contracts/subcontracts, correspondence, and memos
