Applicants are expected to have a solid engineering education and extensive experience in product development and manufacturing, along with proficiency in modern CAD tools and strong communication abilities. Experience with international suppliers and the ability to travel domestically and abroad are also valued.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BSME required).
Minimum 8 years of product development experience with significant manufacturing exposure.
Proficiency in 3‑D CAD (SolidWorks preferred) and PC tools.
Travel up to ~15% domestically and internationally.
Experience working with international suppliers and cross‑cultural teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of advanced failure analysis, mechanical system modeling, FEA, CFD, FMEA, DOE, QFD, DFMA.
