Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS (Big Sur and later).
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, JAMF, Intune).
2+ years of IT support experience in a Windows and macOS environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
