As Head of Projects, you’ll lead a regional team of Project Managers delivering commercial, institutional, and corporate build-outs across the Toronto area. You’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and innovation.
- Implement best practices for project delivery, risk management, and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Navigate and resolve complex challenges with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from preconstruction planning through closeout.

This is a senior leadership role for a results-driven construction professional with a strong background in general contracting and a proven ability to deliver complex projects from concept through completion.
- Proven ability to manage multiple project teams and small, or large-scale initiatives.
- Strong leadership presence — able to influence, motivate, and drive accountability.
- Sales mindedness, with strong financial knowledge and P&L management experience
- Adept at balancing strategic oversight with hands-on involvement when needed.
- 15+ years of experience in construction, ideally with a General Contractor background.
Benefits
Base Salary: Up to $195,000 + Bonus (Up to 40%)
